The selected candidate will serve as a Picker/Packer, tasked with the responsibility of unboxing products, extracting items, and inputting them into a digital inventory system while ensuring a tidy workspace in a fast-paced setting. Physical strength is essential, as the role requires lifting items weighing up to 50lbs and engaging in repetitive bending and lifting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently pick items from inventory locations.
  • Prepare and pack items for shipment.
  • Utilize scanning technology to accurately scan items into the system.
  • Conduct inventory management tasks to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Implement Quality Control (QC) measures to ensure product standards are met.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Kitting, which involves assembling various components into kits for shipping or production.
  • Familiarity with Deboxing, the process of removing products from their original packaging.

Essential Skills

  • Picking: Selecting items from storage.
  • Packing: Preparing items for shipment.
  • Scanning: Inputting item data into systems using scanning devices.
  • Inventory Management: Overseeing stock levels and maintaining accurate records.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring compliance with product standards.

Work Shifts

  • 1st Shift: 8 AM - 4:30 PM at $16.11/hour.
  • 2nd Shift: 2 PM - 10:30 PM at $16.61/hour.
