">The Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Respiratory Cardiac Care Unit as a Charge Nurse. This role is ideal for a motivated and organized RN who can inspire and guide a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
">Salary Range
">We offer a competitive salary range of $55.95 - $77.13 per hour, plus shift differentials, bonuses, and other benefits.
">About the Role
">As a Charge Nurse on our Respiratory Cardiac Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of nurses and caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans, manage staff schedules, and oversee unit operations.
">Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A current Oregon Registered Nurse license and National Provider BLS certification">
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a critical care setting">
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team">
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes">
- Demonstrated expertise in respiratory and cardiac care, including experience with ventilators, oxygen therapy, and cardiovascular monitoring">
