Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and Serve Food: Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including hot and cold beverages, sandwiches, salads, and snacks, to meet the needs of our members.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Maintain a clean and safe environment for our members, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing the cafe area.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work as a Team Member: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store, and provide a positive shopping experience for our members.
- Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, including food preparation, customer service, and cash handling.
- Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as a Food Handler's Card.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to effectively interact with members, colleagues, and management.
