Behavior Interventionist Role at United Therapy Center

United Therapy Center is seeking dedicated Behavior Interventionists committed to delivering ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to individuals with developmental challenges, particularly those on the Autism Spectrum. These services will be provided in diverse environments, including residential, educational, and community settings.

As a Behavior Technician, you will collaborate with a team focused on assisting children and adolescents in modifying behaviors and developing new skills. You will receive comprehensive training and have specific objectives to support the student/client.

The compensation package is competitive and varies based on experience, educational qualifications, and language skills. Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 ABA services
  • Execute Behavior Intervention Plans as instructed by Case Supervisors
  • Document data and complete session notes
Qualifications:
  • Must pass a criminal background check and provide negative TB test results
  • Education requirement: High School Diploma (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Availability from Monday to Friday
  • Preferred: 6 months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Basic knowledge of internet and technology (e.g., smartphone, tablet)
