**Job Title: Diesel Mechanic**

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our transportation fleet, you will be responsible for performing major repairs, including engine, transmission, and accident damage. Your expertise will ensure the functionality and operability of our fleet.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure a functional and operational transportation fleet
Conduct engine repairs, transmission work, and other major repairs
Troubleshoot electrical problems and rebuild components
Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and improve processes

**What We Offer:**
Competitive hourly rate: $26.00 - $33.00/hour
3rd shift candidates receive a $4.00 shift differential

This is a casual environment that can change quickly, with days varying from very slow to very busy due to outside factors like weather and wrecks. The shop is indoors, but you will still be exposed to the elements as the garage doors are often open for incoming and outbound trucks.
