Warehouse Replenishment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Replenishment Specialist to join our team at Staples, Inc. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate replenishment of merchandise in our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks to pick and move product within the warehouse.
- Verify the accuracy of product quantities and descriptions to ensure proper inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and internal/external contacts to resolve issues and clarify discrepancies.
- Unload trucks, palletize products, and perform other tasks as needed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
- Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
- Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
- Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
- Ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand.
- Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers.
- Competitive Pay Rate: $20.55/hour + $2.00/hour Shift Differential
