Job Summary

Vinfen Corporation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Overnight Counselor to join our team. As a Residential Overnight Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing direct support to individuals with mental health needs, ensuring their safety and well-being during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support to residents, promoting independence and self-advocacy
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to address residents' needs and goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy living environment
  • Document resident progress and provide regular updates to supervisors
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in human services or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with mental health needs
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
