Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our wound care clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing clinical staff, and ensuring seamless clinic operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordination of care through assessment and team collaboration in evaluation, planning, and implementing evidence-based holistic wound care.
  • Oversight and management of the clinic's daily operations, including leadership and organizational abilities, scheduling, processes, protocols, and provider support.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff, as well as ensure they demonstrate competency in core and center-specific clinical skills.
  • Authorize purchase of supplies and equipment in collaboration with the Program Director.
  • Maintain open communication with RXH Senior Management, Regional Director, Program Director, Clinical Team, Community Educators, host facility staff, providers, and RXH business office staff to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
  • Possesses and maintains current BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Training and Experience - Possesses wound care clinic experience and a minimum of three years of nursing experience, or a combination of the above listed experiences.
