As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA), you will collaborate with a Licensed/Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care while striving for positive clinical outcomes and ensuring patient and family satisfaction.
Position Highlights:
*Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential for the personal needs and comfort of patients.
*Transport patients to rehabilitation therapy and accompany them to external appointments.
*Engage in the care planning process and implement care according to the established care plan.
