Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at IASIS Healthcare. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol hospital buildings and grounds to prevent fire, theft, and vandalism
  • Secure and unlock hospital buildings as needed
  • Respond to security needs of hospital personnel, patients, and visitors
  • Participate in performance improvement activities
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
  • Two to five (2-5) years of experience in law enforcement, security operations, or a related field
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Current Basic Life Support (CPR) American Red Cross or American Heart Association Provider certification or a CPI certification is preferred
