Key Responsibilities:
  • Must possess prior experience in long-term care or senior living environments.
  • Deliver and oversee the highest standard of nutritional care to residents, addressing their comprehensive needs.
  • Assess nutritional requirements, set objectives, and implement medical nutrition therapy tailored to residents' nutritional profiles.
  • Develop effective strategies to introduce innovative programs that promote optimal clinical nutrition and favorable financial results.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards from Federal and State agencies, ensuring compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, policies, and CMS guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to enhance the quality of nutrition and culinary services.
  • Analyze menu cycles for nutrient content and dietary consistency.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives within the kitchen.
  • Implement Health & Wellness programs.
Required Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to foster improvements in nursing and kitchen management.
  • 1-3 years of experience in long-term care and as a Registered Dietitian.
  • Educational Requirement - Bachelor's Degree.
  • Functional Experience - Meets the eligibility criteria for certification as a Registered Dietitian.
