Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Tower Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing MRI procedures, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols to obtain diagnostic information.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy in positioning and technique.
  • Prepare and administer contrast agents as directed by radiologists.
  • Ensure the delivery of quality care in a safe environment for patients of all ages.
  • Remain sensitive to the physical, cultural, and emotional needs of patients through effective communication and patient assessment.
  • Engage in continuing education to enhance patient care and technical competence.
Qualifications
  • Post-high school diploma program in radiologic technology.
  • Relevant experience in MRI or radiologic technology.
  • Certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) or Registered Technologist in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (RT(MR)).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other relevant software.
