Job Type:
Full Time
Compensation:
$18-25/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing, posting, and auditing transactions
- Managing accounts payable tasks
- Submitting extended warranty contracts and vendor payments monthly
- Assisting in posting all bank funding and notifying the finance director of any delays
- Auditing balances to ensure accuracy in customer paperwork submissions
- Supporting the controller with month-end procedures
- Assisting in CVR processing
- Processing check requests after verifying manager signatures
- Posting all service internal repair orders
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in processing transactions within a new car dealership
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Experience in accounts payable/receivable is preferred
- CVR experience is a plus
