Job Title: Production Maintenance Technician

At Amsive, we're seeking a skilled Production Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for conducting proactive machine maintenance, shared machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive support in maintaining production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work collaboratively with production supervisors and operators to achieve productivity goals.
  • Perform emergency and scheduled repairs of production equipment.
  • Share setup responsibilities with operators for scheduled production runs.
  • Develop expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
  • Support all production needs, including operating equipment, relieving breaks and lunches, and leading and assisting on line changeovers.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical training and experience with high-speed equipment.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in packing machines/production machines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Work Environment:

  • Indoor, temperature-controlled production facility.
  • Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours/day and lift up to 50 pounds.
