• Understand and execute work orders for client pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each assignment, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Safely transport clients in a timely manner, providing assistance with entry and exit from the vehicle as needed.
• Plan optimal routes by reviewing trip sheets, maps, and special requests, while considering road conditions and estimated travel times.
• Maintain communication with dispatch regarding client services and keep a detailed vehicle log using the company app.

• Valid driver's license; CDL drivers must possess a Passenger endorsement.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Excellent time management skills.
