Financial Leadership Role


Montage International is looking for a talented Financial Leadership Specialist to join our team. As an active business partner, you will contribute to the organization's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.


Key Responsibilities



  • Review and validate employee gratuities distribution in accordance with established hotel procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of Daily Revenue Report, Daily Labor Report, Complimentary Guest Checks, and Cashier Over/Short reports.
  • Review all revenue adjustments, paid out vouchers, and F&B complimentary guest checks. Scrutinize checks for reasonableness and proper authorization.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deposits of all cash, check, and credit card receipts.
  • Review and approve petty cash purchases. Verify accuracy of charges and completeness of proper approval and receipt.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive monthly financial reports in established corporate formats.

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Three years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and analytical work, preferably in a hotel finance environment.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Must possess initiative and drive; have broad relevant financial knowledge with strong management and leadership skills.
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Working Conditions


Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled by Resort environmental systems. Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach different outlets and other departments of the Resort on a timely basis.


Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity. Talking and listening occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors, and subordinates.


Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment. Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, 10-key adding machine, electric typewriter, multi-line touch tone phone, filing cabinets, FAX machines, photocopiers, dolly, and other office equipment as needed.
