Aircraft Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled A&P Mechanic to join our team at Empire Airlines. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and airworthy condition of our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on aircraft and components in accordance with company manuals and Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, and complete all records and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- A&P Mechanic certification with a minimum of two years of experience working with company aircraft type.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Compliance with the company's FAA/DOT required Drug and Alcohol Program.
- Work will be performed in a hangar environment, with occasional outside work and up to 25% travel.
- Exposure to noise and hazards associated with aircraft maintenance.
- Requires standing, walking, sitting, bending, and stooping for extended periods of time.
- May be required to lift up to 80 pounds, plus ladder/lift usage.
- Requires manual dexterity, speaking, seeing, and hearing to conduct business.
- Starting hourly base pay range: $27.70-$32.40.
- Qualifying hourly pay incentives: $6 regional, $1 A&P license.
- Expected starting hourly total: $34.70 to $39.40.
- Annual increases and additional incentives once qualified.
