King Air Pilot

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Pilot for our King Air aircraft to deliver essential medical transportation services.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $100,284 - $110,312
(Includes base salary plus a 10% geographical adjustment)
Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 (upon successful completion of training/checkride)
Retention Bonus: $40,000 (after a 6-month waiting period in a 3-year program)
Relocation Assistance: $3,000
Company-paid crew housing available.
Work Schedule:
7 days on, 7 days off, with opportunities for day or night flights.
Core Responsibilities:
The Pilot will collaborate with a team of medical professionals to ensure the safe transport of patients to various facilities.
Key duties include:
- Ensuring aircraft readiness for all flight operations in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records for each flight, including load manifests.
- Communicating effectively with air and ground dispatch teams, flight crews, and partner facilities.
- Providing detailed shift change information to the incoming pilot and team.
- Upholding all required certifications and participating in ongoing training.
Working Environment:
This position requires working in varying weather conditions and may involve tasks such as de-icing the aircraft and assisting with towing and hangar operations.
Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to stand, walk, climb, and perform various physical tasks, including lifting up to 70 pounds.
Vision requirements include the ability to see close and distant objects, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
