Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE-accredited school.
  • Texas Pharmacist License or eligibility for licensure as a registered pharmacist.
  • Pharmacist and Pharmacy Preceptor licensure within 90 days of employment.
  • ACPE Immunization certification.
