Position Overview:


Inspire Healthcare is in search of a board-certified physician dedicated to delivering exceptional primary care within a clinical environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough examinations, gather comprehensive medical histories, and manage both acute and chronic health conditions.
• Order, execute, and analyze diagnostic assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment strategies, engaging patients and their families in the process.
• Initiate necessary referrals to specialists.
• Collaborate with management, fellow physicians, and staff to enhance care delivery and service quality.
• Work alongside the care team to address care gaps and elevate quality metrics.
• Participate in Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) initiatives.
• Collaborate with practice management to ensure adherence to billing and coding standards.
• Provide on-call support within the primary care group.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited medical institution (MD or DO).
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Possession of a valid and unrestricted medical license in Connecticut or eligibility to obtain one.
• Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance Certificate.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
