Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital. As a key member of our Special Procedures Unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Must have RN license and certifications in ACLS, BLS, and RCIS or other relevant certifications.
  • Work a 4x10s shift schedule and be prepared to float as needed.
  • Collaborate with a team of 1-2 RNs and 1-2 Techs per case to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Operate GE Imaging equipment and utilize MacLab and Meditech documentation systems.
  • Perform a full scope of Interventional radiology procedures, including structural, carotid stenting, peripheral arterial cases, and lumbar punctures.
Requirements
  • RN, ACLS, BLS, and RCIS or any procedural/cardiology-centered certification required.
  • Vascular IR procedural experience and knowledge of Cath Lab/IR protocols and procedures.
  • Neuro-interventional experience and high-level communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced unit and function well independently.
