Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill ice bins to maintain optimal levels
  • Maintain par levels of bar products throughout events
  • Assist bartenders with restocking VISI coolers, adhering to rotation procedures and planograms
  • Support bartenders in setting up and breaking down bars
  • Ensure assigned bars and surrounding areas are clean and organized
  • Break down cardboard and maintain a clean and debris-free environment
  • Comply with responsible alcohol service guidelines, adhering to federal, state, and local laws, as well as company standards
  • Adhere to Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines
Requirements:
  • Ability to interact with colleagues to ensure compliance with company service standards
  • Must obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, with a focus on attention to detail
  • Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
  • Sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
  • Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games
  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete company-wide safety training and additional job-specific safety training
