Radiography Instructor

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Radiography Instructor to join our team at Bucks County Community College. As a Radiography Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom instruction in lecture, clinical, and/or laboratory format based on the approved course outline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of individual students in the Radiography program.
• Assess student learning using appropriate methods and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in the assessment process and contribute to the development of program outcomes.
• Conduct an engaging classroom lecture and/or lab based on the course outline.
• Motivate students by demonstrating sensitivity for concerns and actively involving students in classroom discussions and/or activities.
• Make arrangements for equipment and supplies, or other activities as needed.
• Complete all course assessments as required.
• Use technology to enhance the teaching/learning in the classroom.
• Travel to assigned clinical facilities.
• Maintain current knowledge of the professional discipline and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Radiography or a related field.
• Current ARRT Registration in Radiography.
• Two years' clinical experience in the professional discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Radiography or a related field.
• Current ARRT Registration in MRI and/or CT.
