Automotive Technician: Mastering Vehicle Repair and Maintenance

About the Role
We're seeking experienced automotive technicians who can diagnose and repair complex issues with domestic and foreign vehicles. Your expertise will be essential in meeting our high safety and quality standards, which is why we offer ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow professionally.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and recondition vehicles to ensure they meet our rigorous safety and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with other technicians to solve technical problems quickly and effectively
- Become proficient in working with various car models, including domestic and foreign vehicles
- Foster a culture of excellence by promoting our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
What You'll Need
- Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, heating and air conditioning
- Knowledge of health and safety compliance
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina, lift heavy objects, and walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- ASE Certifications (Engine Repair, Steering and Suspension, Brakes, Heating Air Conditioning) or willingness to obtain them
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include paid time off, medical and dental coverage, 401k matching, vehicle discounts, tuition reimbursement, and more.
