Job Summary

As a Maintenance Technician at McDonald's, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. Your duties will include:

Daily maintenance of oil fryers
Cleaning of equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
Unloading delivery trucks twice a week
Emptying the trash compactor
Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roofs of debris

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities
Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
