Responsibilities:

  • Assist with bank reconciliations and prepare all GL account reconciliations, including balance sheet accounts, AP invoice coding, pre-paid schedules, accrual schedules, job budget maintenance, payroll accruals, and financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Work collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate accounting, including GL and payroll.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as evidenced by preparing reports and presenting information to clients.
  • General ledgers experience is a must-have skill set.
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from the manager to accomplish objectives.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook and Excel).
