  • Build and Develop a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team that is knowledgeable about our products and services, and can provide exceptional customer service.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Improve Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.

Requirements
