Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Macon, Mississippi. As a licensed professional, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $**80,000 - $90,000 per year**, depending on experience.
  • Caseload will be discussed during the interview.
  • Onsite work during the 2024-2025 school year.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders, utilizing your expertise in speech-language pathology to ensure accurate diagnoses.
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each student.
  3. Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings, leveraging your knowledge of evidence-based practices to drive positive outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students, promoting a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  5. Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  6. Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress, effectively communicating your findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
