Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Kitchen Associate. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and presenting high-quality food products, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for every guest
• Prepare and present high-quality food products, including cooking, plating, and presentation
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous food service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
