  • Stay up-to-date with changing healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and quality care.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; technical or other training preferred.
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science or Associate of Science degree in a related field.
  • Certified Basic Life Support (C-BLS) certification.
  • Certified Medical Assistant (C-Cert Med Asst) certification.
