We are in search of a meticulous and service-oriented Spa Facility Attendant to join our team and maintain our esteemed standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

As a Spa Facility Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and operational efficiency of our spa facilities and restrooms, adhering to our elevated standards. Your role is crucial in providing our guests with an outstanding level of service, enhancing their overall experience at Method Co. Furthermore, you will receive cross-training to assist in various areas of the wellness center and pool, ensuring a cohesive and enhanced guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of spa facilities and restrooms.
  • Ensure all amenities are adequately stocked with essential supplies (towels, toiletries, etc.).
  • Conduct regular inspections and promptly address any maintenance concerns.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist guests with spa amenities and services.
  • Support other areas of the wellness center and pool as necessary to elevate the guest experience.
  • Engage in cross-training programs to provide outstanding service across the wellness center and pool areas.
  • Uphold the establishment's standards for cleanliness and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel or upscale establishment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and manage supplies.

Working Conditions:

  • This position may require standing and/or walking, pushing, kneeling, bending, balancing, squatting, reaching, and stretching for extended periods.
  • Agility in executing quick movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.
  • This role may involve moving, pulling, carrying, or lifting objects weighing at least 20 pounds.
