Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the execution of product development test plans, test sequences, and directed tests to ensure adherence to test standards and procedures.
  • Operate and maintain lab environments, equipment, and tools for product development testing, validation, and calibration.
  • Observe test subjects performing tasks to ensure correct product usage and identify any malfunctions or operation issues.
  • Record data points generated by tests, analyze results, and prepare detailed reports to identify any issues with products or tests.
  • Design specific application parts and collaborate with test and development teams to operate various test equipment.

Qualifications:

  • High School Equivalent and 6 years' experience, or an associate degree in a science, technology, math, engineering, or STEM discipline and 3 years' experience, or an undergraduate degree.
  • 2+ years of experience with manufacturing in a semiconductor/high-tech environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in more than one process module in a Die Prep/Sort/Fab environment, and experience with data extraction and analysis tools such as SQL pathfinder, JMP, Excel, etc.
