Unit Assembler 2nd Shift

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assemble a variety of parts and components, such as frames, compressors, fans assemblies, control boxes, coils, panels, motors, nuts, bolts, rivets, adhesives, etc., to completely assemble comfort units.
    • Work from blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors.
    • Perform packaging operations necessary to pack comfort units/parts for shipment, including enclosing with required tags, instructions, warranties, etc., and sealing with packaging tools.

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work in a production environment with consistent work on your feet.
  • Must provide your own steel-toed shoes (other PPE provided by JCI).
  • Perform physical work, including standing, bending, or lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • While some experience in production or manufacturing is preferred, this role is 100% entry-level with on-the-job training.

Shift Schedules:

  • Overtime as needed or available.
  • M-F 2pm to 10pm.
  • M-TH 3:30pm-2am.
