About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Providence Little Company Of Mary Torrance Hospital. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform delegated routine and predictable patient care tasks and duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Conduct EKGs, vital signs, and basic patient care, as well as transportation of patients as needed.
  • Respond appropriately to patients and families, demonstrating knowledge of age-specific needs based on the scope of service of the unit/department where assigned.
Requirements
  • Sufficient education and training for certification as a CNA.
  • California Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of previous Certified Nursing Assistant experience in a hospital or post-acute environment.
