Job Summary

Avera Prince of Peace-Skilled Nursing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care in our skilled nursing facility, working collaboratively with a team of care providers to ensure quality care and a safe, dignified environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Coordinate and implement care plans, ensuring patient safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure
  • Previous experience in Long Term Care is preferred
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate: $31.00 - $46.50 per hour
  • Sign-on bonus: $30,000 with 3-year commitment

Work Schedule
  • Day/Night Shifts: 7:00am-7:30pm and 7:00pm-7:30am; 72 hours every 2 weeks
  • Every third weekend and holiday
