Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary technical advisor to various clients, facilitating their technology integration to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of engineers to provide exceptional support and innovative solutions.
  • Evaluate, design, and deploy both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure systems.
  • Engage with end users and client network administrators to troubleshoot technical challenges and share expertise to uplift team capabilities.
  • Create technology strategies for clients based on their specific needs and interactions.
  • Address and resolve critical incidents promptly to restore service levels and formulate preventive measures for future occurrences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering technology solutions and support across multiple clients.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft product suite (Windows Server, Windows 7/10, Office365, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in diagnosing and resolving both complex and straightforward technology issues.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
