Position: CDL-A Local Owner Operator
Location: Middletown, NY
Opportunity Overview:
System Freight, Inc., a reputable company with 50 years of experience, is seeking to collaborate with Local Owner Operators in the Middletown, NY vicinity.
Key Features:
- Home Daily: Enjoy the benefit of returning home every day.
- Local Routes: Work within your community.
Work Schedule:
Daily start times will vary between 3 AM – 6 AM or 4 PM to 7 PM, with an expected workday of 10 – 12 hours. The freight will typically involve live unloading or drop & hook, with minimal touch required by the driver.
Workdays are primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work.
Earnings Potential:
Estimated earnings for a 5 or 6-day workweek range from:
- Approximately $225K to $245K annually
- Approximately $3,000 to $5,000 weekly
Requirements:
- Must provide your own vehicle.
- Insurance certificate showing $1 million in auto-liability and general liability is required.
- Cargo insurance must be at least $50,000 per conveyance.
- Trailer interchange coverage with a minimum limit of $50,000 is necessary.
- Certificate of Incorporation is required.
- Federal Tax ID Number must be provided.
- A valid CDL-A is mandatory.
- Valid DOT Medical Card & Long Form are required.
- Must be at least 25 years of age.
- A safe driving record (MVR report) is essential.
