We are seeking an experienced Brunch Bartender with excellent customer service skills to join our team Applicants must be available Saturday & Sunday mornings and have at least 1 year of high-volume bartending experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and excellence.
• At least one year of proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent knowledge of mixology, garnishing, and serving drinks with precision and flair.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Crafting delicious cocktails and preparing beverages for guests with attention to detail and creativity.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations.
• Taking ownership of the bar station to ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are being followed, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Training and supporting Cafe and Barista staff in bar menu items, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
• Creating new drink recipes and cocktail menus in collaboration with management, driving innovation and growth.
• Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
• Working closely with management on product ordering and inventory, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing waste.
