Position Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by adhering to our commitment to Person-Directed Care. Your focus will be on understanding and responding to the unique interests and needs of each resident.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Engage residents in recreational activities that promote social interaction and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all residents.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with the following shifts available:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2 PM to 10 PM

Compensation:
Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience, with additional shift differentials available.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A valid Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or as a CNA is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
