Responsibilities
  • Provide outcome-based nursing care for patients, focusing on pain control, ambulation, and preparing patients for discharge.
  • Assist in monitoring, observing, and reporting patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and goals.
Requirements
  • Current IA LPN license
