As a Manufacturing Operations Intern, you will assist our production teams in improving processes, increasing efficiency, and implementing solutions on the production floor. This internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where you can work on real-world projects that impact daily production.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives, developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), capturing step-by-step instructions and safety protocols, conducting tests and trials, and assisting in training and onboarding employees.
You will also collect and analyze data on production performance, identify areas for efficiency improvements, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in manufacturing. Additionally, you will participate in Continuous Improvement projects to reduce waste and improve workflow.
