Job Summary

At Alderette Designs Inc., we are seeking an experienced Welder Specialist to join our team on the 2nd shift in Riverside, CA.

Compensation:

$23-$28 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Operate a MIG welding setup and utilize 71M steel wire for fabricating parts as directed by supervisors.
  • Perform layout and assembly tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
  • Clean and maintain the work area, promoting a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other welders and production teams to meet quality and production targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a welder or fitter.
  • AWS Certification is mandatory.
  • Bonus points for experience with stairs and rail fabrication.
