As a Roofing Technician Lead at Pally Roofing, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in various tasks related to roofing repairs, gutter installation, and maintenance. This includes performing safety-minded repairs with proper gear, working effectively with a 2-3 man crew, and learning and growing Life & Leadership Skills.
