ABA Specialist

Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist.

About the Role

• As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work closely with a licensed BCBA to provide ABA treatment to individuals with behavioral disabilities in home, community, and clinical settings.

• Responsibilities will include implementing ABA treatment plans, working with lead BCBAs to develop and implement behavioral support plans, facilitating parent training, and documenting clinical activities.

• You will also be required to attend monthly staff team meetings and mandatory training sessions.

• Travel to appointments within the service area and Telehealth capability are essential requirements for this role.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field is preferred, or two years of related work experience in lieu of degree.

• ABA/RBT experience is highly desirable, and additional compensation will be considered.

• You must have a reliable vehicle, full coverage auto insurance, a smartphone, and strong oral and written communication skills.
