We are currently seeking an Identity and Access Management (IdAM) Engineer to contribute to our mission in supporting the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). This role is based in Sierra Vista, Arizona, and requires US citizenship. Relocation incentives are available for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement IdAM solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage IdAM service processes, ensuring accurate configuration management.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of configurations to support service integrity.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts within Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups (B2C2WG) to deliver effective network solutions.
  • Provide guidance on IdAM capabilities to system administrators at all levels.
  • Utilize expertise in IdAM policies, technologies, and services.
  • Work with Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (LDS), and PowerShell scripting.
  • Support operational teams in compliance with RFCs and IAVA.
  • Oversee the identification, control, and verification of configuration items (CIs).
  • Design and optimize IdAM hardware systems and software compatibility.
  • Employ strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
Qualifications
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Possession of IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent).
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or five years of relevant experience.
  • Completion of a computing environment certificate (CCNA) within six months of hire.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Experience with Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages, particularly PowerShell.
  • Experience in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Security Clearance

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A DOD Interim Security Clearance (Secret-Level minimum) is acceptable until full clearance is granted.
