Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Clean Harbors in Kimball, NE. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for developing detailed turnaround plans, coordinating with operations, maintenance, engineering, and other functional staff to ensure readiness and resource availability.

• Develop detailed turnaround plans, including scope of work, schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and other functional staff to ensure readiness and resource availability.
• Plan a timetable of events and decide when and where certain events will occur.
• Define and document the scope of work for turnaround activities, including inspections, repairs, and modifications.
• Identify resource requirements including labor, parts, material, and equipment and ensure availability for scheduled turnarounds.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to secure necessary services, required training documentation and supplies.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and schedule adherence.
• Assess turnaround performance and identify areas for improvement in planning, execution, and closeout processes.
• Maintain and document schedules, work packages, change orders, and critical repairs.

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of industrial experience required.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications required.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends when necessary.
• Background check, drug screen, and physical required.
