### Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist to join our team at Providence Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance, CA. As a Neonatologist with Pediatrix Medical Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to newborns and their families.
### Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality medical care to newborns in our 32-bed community level III NICU
* Collaborate with pediatric subspecialty teams, including surgery, cardiology, GI, and ENT
* Develop and implement treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
### Qualifications
* Board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatology
* Strong clinical skills and experience in newborn care
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
### Benefits
