Position Summary:

The HVAC Industrial Sales Manager is responsible for strategizing, overseeing, and coordinating the sales of Private Label mastic, adhesives, coatings, hardware, and Rolled Sealant products. This role involves managing accounts, setting and meeting sales targets, exploring new market segments, and achieving product-specific growth and margin objectives with both existing and prospective clients. The HVAC Industrial Sales Manager will continuously assess data from external market segments, competitive materials, and internal reports to refine the sales strategy and develop solutions to sustain existing accounts and foster new market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Private Label Accounts with annual sales up to $7 million.
  • Train and nurture new and existing accounts to ensure ongoing sales growth for mastic, adhesives, rolled sealants, coatings, and hardware.
  • Identify and cultivate business opportunities in emerging markets, collaborating with commercial and R&D teams, as well as New Product Development.
  • Participate in trade shows to innovate new products for other markets or discover new applications for existing products.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both new and existing markets nationwide to achieve sales objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver technical information, presentations, value proposals, and process reviews as part of strategic business development.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships and collaborations internally and with external partners/customers.
  • Review sales and P&L results monthly, applying countermeasures and providing insights and forecasts to management.
  • Monitor customer preferences to guide sales efforts.
  • Encourage organic growth within the existing customer base to meet sales forecasts.
  • Maintain timely documentation for all project-related activities using designated databases and manual processes.
  • Serve as a resource to provide information and effectively address customer needs in collaboration with the commercial and technical teams.
  • Coordinate activities involving product sales and collaborate with department heads to align marketing services with sales objectives.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and determine competitive and profitable pricing across all product lines.
  • Engage regularly with product management, customer service, R&D, pricing, and operations teams. Participate in the New Product Development process to introduce new products.
  • Drive project-related activities to achieve strategic business goals, working cross-functionally as needed.
  • Manage key accounts and strategic customer relationships.
Working Conditions:
  • Standard work hours are Monday - Friday; 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
  • Weekend or overtime work may be necessary.
