About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest physician-owned and governed multi-specialty clinics in the Midwest.
- We have a growing OB/GYN division with 8 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers based in 3 offices in the Des Moines metro.
- Average 15-20 new patients per month per physician.
- We have ultrasound capabilities with a technician in clinic.
- We offer a 4-day workweek and 20 days paid time off to start.
- Our call schedule is 1:9.
- We have a friendly and collegial atmosphere.
- We have a large referral base within the clinic of over 270 multi-specialty physicians and providers, as well as an external referral base of 1.3 million.
- We have a Gynecologic Oncologist and Urogynecologist within the clinic.
- We have an excellent payor mix.
- We provide coordinated and comprehensive care through our Women's Center.
