We are currently looking to fill several Early Childhood Educator roles across our various Bay Area locations.

Compensation: $18-28/hr, based on experience, education, and specific position requirements.

As an Early Childhood Educator, your primary responsibility will be to engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as arts and crafts, sensory play, circle time, and exploratory learning, to cultivate a lifelong love of learning. You will ensure the highest standards of care while developing strong classroom management skills and fostering positive relationships with parents, all while creating joyful and memorable experiences for the children.

Qualifications:

  • 12 ECE Units preferred.
  • Completion of an Infant/Toddler Development Course is advantageous.
  • No prior child development coursework? No worries We provide training and support to help you complete your core Child Development classes.
  • Experience working with children is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for nurturing young children.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A dependable, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
